CMNH Funding: Mission and Objectives
Our mission is to provide for the allocation of money raised by the CMNH
program to meet the physical and mental healthcare needs of children (newborn-17
yr.) within the Healthcare District and the CMNH-designated market area
(Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito counties) and to work in cooperation
with other healthcare providers, when applicable, in order to contribute
to the wellness of our area’s children.
We strive to support a comprehensive inpatient and outpatient children’s
care center within the Healthcare District, to identify and purchase medical
equipment to meet the needs of children and to develop and support programs
that enhance access to health care for children.
